30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@pawfect.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return necessary.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items showing signs of use or customer-caused damage
  • Items missing original packaging
