Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days for US orders, and 10–25 business days for international orders depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times and any applicable customs or import fees vary by country. You’re responsible for any local customs charges your country may apply.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Email us at support@pawfect.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns on unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@pawfect.com with your order number and reason for return.

What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?

We’re sorry to hear that! Email us at support@pawfect.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving and approving your return. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.

Are your products safe for pets?

Yes — every Pawfect product is selected with your pet’s safety as the top priority. All materials are non-toxic and pet-safe. Product specifications are listed on each individual product page.

Do you have size guides?

Yes — size information is listed on each product page under the specifications section. If you’re unsure between sizes, we recommend sizing up for your pet’s comfort.

Can I use your products for both cats and dogs?

Many of our products are suitable for both cats and dogs. Each product page specifies which animals it’s designed for. Check the product description before purchasing.
